Dixie Blues Dixie Blues introduced by G. Stamile in 2004. 3 inch blooms on 15 inch scapes. 30 plus buds. DIXIE BLUES is one of those flowers that change the whole palette of color in the garden. A patch of DIXIE BLUES creates a "blue" cast over the entire area that it is in. Most daylilies from a distance give you the effect of "yellow" because of the buds, backs of the flowers, throats, etc. The effect of DIXIE BLUES is to wash the garden in blue. This should be a fabulous flower to landscape with especially for those working in pinks and blues. Fertile both ways Semi-evergreen. Blooms Early. Reblooms. Diploid. To Order: Click Here

Early Snow Early Snow introduced by Stamile in 1996. 7 inch blooms on 29 inch scapes. What makes Early Snow stand out is its season of bloom. It is the earliest true "white" to bloom in all the gardens that I have seen. "This peach melon blend is one of our largest doubles, but it is not the size alone that makes this daylily remarkable. Rather it is the only double I know with the BAS RELIEF effect on both petals and petalloids. This sculpting on a double which by virtue of being a double already has three dimensions adds still a fourth and fifth dimension to this flower. A truly remarkable flower and a visitor favorite." Fertile both ways. Fragrant. Early morning opener. Blooms Early Mid season. Evergreen. Tetraploid. To Order: Click Here

| Finding Blue Finding Blue introduced by G. Stamile in 2004. 3 inch blooms on 20 inch scapes. 3-4 way branching. 20+ buds. There is no doubt about finding blue here. FINDING BLUE has caught the attention of visitors since its very first bloom season. This light cream pink has a kind of orchid wash over the entire flower. The eye is multicolored with shades of fuchsia, lavender and blue before merging into the deep grass green throat. A stunning, must have, flower. Pod fertile. Blooms Early. Reblooms. Semi-evergreen. | Fire Agate Fire Agate introduced by P. Stamile in 2006. 6" x 3" x 2" blooms on 23 inch scapes. 5-way branching. 25-30 buds. 85% double. Our largest flower in this color, FIRE AGATE gets its red color and white edge from FLAMENCO CHRISTMAS and its size from Tetra PINK ENDEARMENT. It is quite an imposing flower with its large size and heavy substance. The flowers are very fancy for a double in this color. Petals and petaloids are quite ruffled and edged in white. Substance is excellent and the throat is a deep grass green. Very different genetics for the breeder and a very different flower for the gardener. Fertile both ways. Blooms Mid season. Early morning opener Evergreen. Reblooms. Tetraploid. (Flamenco Christmas X Tetra Pink Endearment) To Order: Click Here |
Flamboyant Edges Daylily Flamboyant Edges introduced by Stamile in 2002. ''Early Fragrant Rebloomer 99% double. 60% Polytepalous. 2 to 3 way branching 12 to 15 buds. 7 inch double Polytepal edged eye reverse bi-color or a polytepalous double eyed edged reversed bicolor. Either way Flamboyant Edges is on the petals, Tepals edges on the petalloids - edges everywhere! The tepals and petalloids are an orchid cream with a plum eye and edges. The throat shades from yellow into a deep grass green. Form is very full, very symmetrical and formal. All in all FLAMBOYANT EDGES is one outrageous daylily. Fertile both ways. To Order: Click Here
Fractal Fractal introduced by P. Stamile in 2005. 4 ¼" x 2 ½" x 1 ½" inch blooms on 28 inch scapes. 4-way branching. 28-35 buds. This beautiful cream with radiating violet veined eye zone and lime green throat is a striking example of the interesting patterning in the "butterflies". High bud count and branching, as well as excellent plant balance make this a great garden flower. For the same reasons FRACTAL should be an exceptional show flower. Fertile both ways. Blooms Early. Early morning opener Semi-evergreen. Re-blooms. Tetraploid. To Order: Click Here
Freewheelin Freewheelin introduced by P. Stamile in 2005. 9" x 1 5/8" x 1 1/16". 15" wingspan on 34 inch scapes. 6-way branching. 45-50 buds. Spider. Spider ratio 4.75:1 "This beautiful cream yellow with a burgundy red eye spider was easily the favorite eyed spider of visitors to the garden last year. While I personally preferred the size and twisting of AERIAL DISPLAY, most including Grace, preferred the color effect of FREEWHEELIN. FREEWHEELIN captures the eye and green throat from WILD AaaaND WONDERFUL so the color pops". Extra Early bloomer. Early morning opener. A beautiful daylily. Fertile both ways but a very difficult pod parent. Evergreen. Tetraploid. To Order: Click Here
