TET Daylily. (Dreams of Heroes x J. T. Davis) x (Bill Robinson) Sev. 6" fl. 28" sc. M 20 buds. As much as I would like to say that I had worked hard breeding my polytepals to get this flower, the truth is that this stunning poly was a gift from above. I have taken this gold edged pink beauty to all of my polytepals with heart-warming success. Amazing Sights is polytepal in my garden about 75-80% of the time, typically with 4 way polys. There are occasional 5 way polys, which is where I am trying to take this breeding line, creating daylilies that resemble the 5 petalled hibiscus. It was an extraordinary gift to get such a sophisticated flower (thanks to its great parentage), with a clear green throat and bubbly, ruffled gold edge. Unlike any other daylily I know of in existence. Say goodbye to the days of simple polytepals, and hello to the future of this daylily group.
