* ‘Brookie Bug’ TET Daylily. Dor., Fr., EM., Re., 35 in. sc.; 5 - 5.25 in. fl., 4 way branching with 35 buds. These wide petaled, dark purple flowers were named by Tony Thompson after his wife’s puppy ‘Brookie Bug’, Tony loved this flower the moment he saw it. It’s no wonder with the beautiful form and heavily ruffled gold edge covered in hooks, knobs and elongated gold teeth. The bright green throat further accents this flower. Fertile both ways and very fragrant. [‘John Peat’ x (‘Forces of Nature’ x ‘Heline Pressley’] x ‘Spiny Sea Urchin’.
