Tetraploid (Tennyson x Tetra Connie Burton) 34” EM Re Ev. 5 ¼” TROPICAL JEWEL is a bright coral bloom with an exotic red line eye. You can picture it in a jungle setting of Bird of Paradise red hibiscus and yellow cannas. It clumps quickly creating a bouquet of intense coral blooms. It is a sibling to last years EHTEL BUCCOLA but it is larger and taller than ETHEL. Last year I bloomed undivided clumps of TROPICAL JEWEL and so many visitors asked “What is that flower”!! Well, it is the exotic TROPICAL JEWEL.
